Buiding an NFL team from Scratch who would you Use?

With the NFL starting training camps last week and the talk of a team going to be in the Los Angeles market in the near future I was wondering what everyone would do on building a team from the ground up.  Who would you pick as a GM, Head Coach,  and if they were to have a draft with players available who would you go after at each position? Would you build it via Free agency or would you bring in young players and sacrifice the first year or two to build a dynasty?  Would you bring in veterans and hope that jell right away?

I think that if you have a good GM and Coach it doesnt matter what type of players you bring in. I think that it is all on what philosophy that you use.  What defense you are will to run? What Offense will you run?  Here what I would do:

General Manager
I would try to get Ron Wolf to come out of Retirement. if that didnt work I would look at all the teams in the league and look at who has had the most success. I would also think about taking a stab of being the GM.

Coaching Staff:
Once I would have my GM in Place I would sit down with him and come up with a list of coach’s that I we would like to interview. I would like for someone that is a good motivator, and was young and up and coming. The Guy I would really look at is Mike Singletary.

Coordinators:
I would let my Coach decide who he wants as for his coaches to help him out.

Offensive Players:
I would first build my Offensive line up to protect my Quarterback. Then  would go out and get a veteran. The guy that I would get right now is Brett Farve. I would offer the Packers a Second and Fourth Draft pick. I then would draft a young QB to Groom. Running back I would get Cedric Benson and would bring in a speed back to compliment him. Wide Receiver I would get a go to player and then get young tall guys.  I would do the same with Tight end. Full Back I would get a guy that is a hard nose Blocker.

Defense:
I would go get a young Strong Linebacker and make him the leader of the defense and put him in the middle. I would get some strong fast defensive ends and would work with a veteran at Corner back and Veteran Safeties.

Special Teams:
This will be a mixture of players. I would let the coach decide what he wanted.
